In Madrid Foodies we are already counting the days for the 12th edition of the International Gastronomy Summit –Madrid Fusión, from 27 to 29 January 2014, under the motto “Inspiration is in the street”. We will enjoy two top cuisines, Flanders and the Andino Axe (Bolivia, Peru and Chile).
Our city will be again the world capital of gastronomy. For the first time, Madrid Fusion will offer Tasting Spain, activity dedicated to traditional cooking. Traditional cuisine will share this space with cutting-edge culinary trends.
We will enjoy the best of Spanish cuisine with a very cosmopolitan cuisine inspired in large metropolis as Istanbul, Bangkok, Lima, Washington, Tokyo, NY, Paris, Buenos Aires or Mexico City, and small cities as Bruges, Girona or Agrigento.

In Madrid Foodies we welcome the initiative of opening MadridFusión to the entire city, celebrating the gastronomic euphoria from 24 January to 9 February with Gastrofestival, with more than 400 restaurants and companies in Madrid offering especial menus, tastings and many other initiatives.
